Five times… it’s OK to have sugar in your tea

Now, as an adventurous soul, I’m clearly very healthy, clean living and well-behaved. Ahem. And one of the things I know is that it’s bad to have sugar in your tea. Terrible. Naughty. So I don’t. All that sweet goodness will rot your teeth.

Apart from sometimes. Then, it’s imperative you have a little bit of sugar. When times are desperate. There’s no choice. Here are five of those times…

1. When there’s no breakfast.
Easy one this. If there’s no food in the house/tent, or you’re staying somewhere where they don’t offer you any, sugar in tea is the only way to start the day.
